As a key member of our team, the Financial Coordinator provides exceptional service to patients throughout each phase of their treatment to ensure the patient experience is characterized by distinctive quality and excellence. Primary performance areas include accurately setting up and communicating contracts, processing and applying insurance benefits, effectively managing collections, accounts payable, and other bookkeeping duties.

Does having a part-time professional position working with a dynamic team appeal to you?

This part-time position is scheduled approximately 16 hours per week (Wed & Thurs) to start, with opportunity for growth. Successful candidates must have strong math, computation, and reconciliation skills, be able to consistently demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, excellent multitasking and bookkeeping skills. Additional requirements include proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Word and MS Excel, strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills, valid drivers license, and at least 3-5 years of previous financial, accounting, or related experience, preferably in health care, dental, or a related field.
