GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not all-inclusive.)-Greets and interacts with customers to help determine what their needs are.-Performs open and closing procedures-Keeps sales floor clean, stocked and maintains display of merchandise.-Performs sales and loan transactions.-Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures and practices-Answers incoming calls per company standards-Effectively communicates to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions-Communicates effectively with fellow associates and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools-Cleans and prepares merchandise for sales floor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school GED
-Minimum 18 years of age
-Strong desire to work serve customers and work with people; team oriented-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-High energy sales personality with knowledge of jewelry and general merchandise
-Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Excellent work ethic and strong business sense
-Computer literate
-Ability to effectively operate office equipment such as fax machines and copiers.
-This job is physically demanding. You will be expected to do heavy lifting and pulling.
