File Savers Data Recovery in Victor, MT needs a driven part-time salesperson / customer service representative willing and able to take calls and handle customer quote requests from home on nights and weekends and after hours. (Nights meaning after normal business hours from about 4 PM until 10 PM). It's okay if you're not knowledgeable about technology, we can teach you what you need to know. The job requirements are to be personable on the phone, have good sales skills, follow directions, be a quick learner, and know how to navigate a computer with decent typing skills.
We receive calls from our website for quotes and questions about how to get started with the data recovery process. Your job would be to sell our service and provide customer service to our customers who call after hours and help them get the device into us to get started. The job entails taking calls, making calls to those who send online quote requests, entering the customer's information into our system and sending the customer the quote and shipping label. Also following up with them to make sure they are good to go.
We recover important data for individuals and businesses from computer hard drives, camera cards, phones and more. We do business nationwide so our calls come from all over the country.
This is a commission-based sales position working part-time with the ability to make really good money if you do things the way we teach you. There is no cold calling required. Customers who inquire have already lost data and need or want a solution.
Estimated earning earnings potential: $1500 to $3000 per month working part time.
