Civil Superintendent specializing in Oil Field Services
Scope of work:
* Coordinate and manage multiple jobs
* Schedule crew's and assign projects
* Bids and estimates
* Meet with clients
* Operate heavy equipment (motor grader, excavator & dozer)
* Manage employees
* Determine if and how much aggregate is needed and schedule trucks
* Follow safety rules
* Equipment inspections (keep equipment clean and in good working order)
Must Have
* Plenty of oilfield experience
* Previously held a supervisor position
* Ample knowledge about construction, excavating, grading and utilities
* Efficiently operate motor grader, excavator, dozer, skid steer, loader and roller
* Have a valid Drivers License, with clean MVR (CDL is a big plus)
* Provide negative biological testing (Urinalysis 10 Panel Testing)
* Full background check
* Agility testing (fit for duty)
