We have exciting full-time opportunities in our Helena, Montana office for Entry to Mid-Level Transportation Engineers.

Opportunity

Morrison-Maierle is recruiting to fill entry to mid-level transportation engineering positions. Duties will include working under the direction of Project Managers and Task Managers in the execution of project related duties.

Tasks may include calculations; design report writing; development of technical memorandum; preparation of construction plans and specifications; site visits; data collection.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology or equivalent.

Entry Level: 0 to 3 years experience in the Civil / Transportation Engineering industry. Engineer Intern certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Mid-Level: Minimum of 4 years experience in the Transportation Engineering industry with focus on roadway design. A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred.

Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and/or GIS software platforms a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.

Must be service oriented and be excited to work in a team environment. Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with employees, managers, and clients. Positive attitude and professional bearing. Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and follow-through skills. The ability to monitor and prioritize work to meet demanding deadlines. Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.

This position will require periodic travel. Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record.

Salary $53,000 - $80,000/yr
