Qualified applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in property management maintenance and high school diploma or equivalent.
Our technicians need to have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, some janitorial work as a member of our team.
General maintenance duties include: (Not all -encompassing)
Process and complete maintenance work orders timely
Landscaping/Grounds maintenance/Snow Removal
Maintenance Turnover on all vacant units for rent readiness
Exterior lighting and security
Monitor fire alarm system
On call for emergencies after business hours when needed
Property cleanliness
Assist Community Site Manager with inspections
Snow Removal.
