We are currently searching for the optimum Diesel Technician, Service Technicians and StarComm Technician professionals that want to join our team!

Position: Diesel Technicians

• Duties: You will work closely with other maintenance team members to perform maintenance and general repairs on truck mounted oilfield service equipment, hydraulic components, and heavy trucks. Responsible for refurbishment, assessable disassembly, and modification of oil field service equipment. Work to pre-define procedures in line with established work practices. Completes equipment inspections in accordance with engineering drawings. Tests and assembles oilfield equipment. Reports all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents and injuries immediately to supervisor

Position Requirements:

• 1+ years of relative experience repairing heavy-duty equipment and hydraulic systems (school/training experience accepted)

• 2 Year Technical Degree/Certification preferred (Automotive, Mechanical, Diesel, etc.)

Position: StarComm Technicians

• Duties: Hauling production water and/or brine to and from well site and disposal locations. Operate vacuum and water trucks. May pull oversized loads such as forklifts, man lifts and other oversized equipment. Be able to follow DOT requirements. Ensures compliance with all company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements. Keeps accurate and timely driving logs in accordance. Conducts pre-trip and post-trip equipment assessments. Ensures proper maintenance of truck/ equipment to maintain proper working and safety requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License

• Must have experience in one of the following:

o Installing and Repairing Electronic Communications Equipment; computers, phone systems, wireless products, cameras, satellite systems

Position: Service Technicians

• Duties: Participates and coordinates in on-site installation of well site accommodations and equipment. Monitors and coordinates logistics and transportation of company assets. Works close with team members in structured work crews. Ensures compliance with all company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements including, but not limited to: completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, near miss and hazard reports. Rigs up and down well site surface rental equipment and housing quarters. Installing semi-permanent water and sewer systems

Position Requirements:

• Must have one of the following:

o Must be mechanically inclined

o Maintenance background, Construction background, Plumbing, Pump operating experience, generator experience

Position: Solids Control Technicians

Duties: The Solids Control Technician ensures that best in class service quality is provided to rig site customers. Including installs and maintaining rental equipment, identifing changing downhole conditions and adjusting equipment accordingly. He/she is expected to record and report data on a daily basis and explain daily activity to management and rig site personnel including customers. Perform pre and post job equipment inspections, perform and complete preventive maintenance procedures and operate centrifuges and support equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.

Position Requirements:

• Must have Valid Drivers License

• Thorough understanding of Solids Control and closed-loop systems is required

• Must have previous experience working in harsh weather conditions and extreme cold

• Minimum 30 days Rig time as Operator Trainee OR Solids Control Technician/Operator

COMPENSATION:

• Diesel Technicians $25-32/hr.

• StarComm Technicians $16-22/hr.

• Services Technician $18-24/hr.

• Solids Control Technicians $18-24/hr.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

• Diesel Technicians:

o Monday – Friday schedule (12+ hour shifts)

o 5 days on, 2 days off (weekend hours available)

o 80+ hours and 100+ hours for the technicians that want more hours

• StarComm Technicians:

o Monday – Friday schedule (12+ hour shifts)

o 5 days on, 2 days off

o Occasionally will be asked to work a weekend

o 60-80 hours per week

• Service Technicians:

o Schedule Options: 5/2, 6/1, or all 7-days (12+ hour shifts)

o 60-80 hours per week

• Solids Control Technicians

o 14 days on, 14 days off schedule (12+ hour shifts)

o New employees will go on day shift for first rotation

o Rotate every Wednesday, not paid on weeks off

o 80+ hours & 100+ hours for the technicians that want more hours

ORIENTATION & TRAINING:

• 7-Day Orientation depending on position

• Hourly pay received is what you get in orientation

• Meet with Human Resources, Go over Customer Requirements, DOT/HSE Classes & Certifications

• Allowance provided anually for FR’s & Boots

• All other equipment such as; hard hat, protective lenses, gloves, company clothing will be provided

• Must pass motor vehicle and criminal background screenings to be considered for employment
