Water Well Driller
This position will be in the Permian Basin Region. Drillers will operate water well drilling rigs and other equipment to drill, bore and dig for water wells. Should be able to install, test, repair water well pumps, piping systems, and assess performance. Knowing various methods of drilling experience will be helpful.
Responsibilities/Skills
⢠Must have sufficient knowledge of all rig positions and operations
⢠Be familiar with handling and operating safety equipment and devices present on drill site.
⢠Capacity to work effectively under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations.
⢠Completes required paperwork associated with well drilling activities
⢠Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards
⢠Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
⢠Ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or task
Physical Requirements
⢠Manual Labor
⢠Climb into and out of equipment
⢠Able to lift up to 100 pounds safely
⢠Must be able to work 14/7 schedule
