Up to $5,000 sign on bonus offered for each year of verifiable crude experience if hired by December 31st, paid immediately. Looking for both drivers, and drivers who would like to work toward truck ownership. We are paying a great percentage of truck revenue and even better when slip-seating trucks. We have a few positions open to drivers who desire to own a truck under a three year program. This is an excellent opportunity for the right people. As a driver, you would be making the same percentage as any other driver but would pay a small amount from each paycheck to buy into your truck, while banking a percentage of profits that increases up to a maximum of 49% up to the third year. Once the third year is past, and revenue targets have been met, you could then buy out my remaining 51% interest using the profits that have been saved. Current drivers are normally earning well above $10,000 monthly and top out over $16,000 monthly while running only 12 hour shifts slip seating. The oilfield has treated us well over the past ten years and looking to pass this opportunity on to some other deserving drivers.
