Responsible for overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of breaking, washer and associated areas.
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly master sanitation schedules for processing area.
Follow all SOP’s and adhere to the Safe Chemical Handling Policy.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other skills and abilities:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Able to do minor disassembly and maintenance on equipment
Ability to work with water and chemicals while wearing appropriate PPE
Self motivated and a willingness to learn
