As our Service Manager, you’ll stand out in communicating and enforcing effective Service Department processes, setting the standards that will ensure customer satisfaction and department efficiency. You’ll facilitate a customer service program to enhance and maintain customer relationships. We will count on you to be that dynamic leader who will grow our Service Department and increase shop demand.
About You
Associates degree or equivalent experience required (5 years)
5+ years of mechanic experience with John Deere or competitive products
Ability to professionally lead and motivate others; prior management experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
