Trains and mentors Business Customer Service Representatives. Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. Collaborates on the development and implementation of customer service tools, resources and documentation.- Demonstrates Company’s values, maintains a positive open demeanor, encourages different points of view, moves team forward through change; provides timely information; communicates issues with team supervisor. - Isolate and identify areas of improvement. - Provide and enhance job aids for customer service representatives. - Participates in group meetings. - Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION: 1 year of relevant job experience.
