Responsibilities
1.Evaluating the accuracy of loan documents
2.Calculate income using pay stub and W2
3.Assess loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
4.Achieve monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards
5.Provide exceptional customer service verbally and written
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
1.Associates or higher in related field (or equivalent work experience)
2.1+ years of related experience (e.g. bank teller, loan processor)
3.Proficient with Excel, and web-based applications
4.Financial Services industry experience
COMPETENCIES SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
1.Detail-oriented and accurate
2.Organized and able to multi-task
3.Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic production environment
4.Excellent communicate skills, both verbally and written
5.Professional, proactive and solution-oriented
6.Flexibility to work overtime including Saturdays as needed
