We are currently looking for a female and/or couple Extended Family Home Provider for a young lady that we currently serve. Per the guardians request, she would like someone with experience in the mental health/DD field that doesn't have children living in the home. This young lady can be around other children, just not living with children at this time.
An independent contractor provides services around the person, fully integrating them into the life of their household and the greater community. Supports are designed around the specific needs and desires of each person. While sharing their home, the provider integrates the person served into the life of the household and the greater community.
