What you get to do every day
- Work with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to enhance the customer journey & experience
- Look after to make sure that the CRM plan is executed on schedule and within budget
- Lead a top-notch team of digital specialists and oversee the digital strategy
- Deliver more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
- Build, submit, form, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; on top of spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions
- Calculate take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
- Dispense clear communications to the customer that are imperative to their needs and life stage
- Head weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
Requirements
- Less than one year of experience
- A fair mix of skill, management experience and initiative
- Previous experience in management
- Deliberate multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
- Accomplished in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Skilled in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Foundational knowledge in Digital Marketing
- SEO experience
- Channel Marketing experience preferred
- Brand Marketing experience
- Has proven track record in building digital brands with strong ROI
- Knowledge in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
- Past role in vendor management
