Field Service Representative - Industrial Water Treatment

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You'll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.This position will be based at a customer site in Lincoln, NE.What You'll Do:Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations

 Water Testing & Analysis: Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia’s trending platform (Insight)

 Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams

 System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions

 Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed

 Territory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery
