Rusty Taco is looking for Great Managers for immediate hire and training for our location in South Lincoln at 27th and Pine Lake. Pre-open training will occur at our Omaha Location off of 149th and Maple and will start immediately after hire. Candidate must have reliable transportation. Rusty Taco is Lincoln's best place for hand made street style tacos washed down with a cold beer or margarita! Rusty Taco is a fast paced and requires you too be at your best to insure fast friendly service while maintaining a fun, laid back environment for our guest.
We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills who understands the absolute importance of first-rate customer service. Candidates must have 1-3 years of Manager experience.
Job requirements include but not limited to, the ability to lead by example, handle a large volume of customers in a fast paced setting, delegate and direct restaurant staff and assist floor staff on all positions.
Additional skills needed - experience with hiring, training, ordering. Our Managers build winning teams that create amazing guest experiences, and they grow sales and profit
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Help maintain and grow sales.
Maintain sanitation, and company quality control scores.
Communicate, train and educate team members and managers.
Track and manage labor and food costs on each shift to meet restaurants' goals.
Responsible to participate and engage the growth of the business through catering and local store marketing.
Ensure that all company standards and operational objectives are being met.
Fulfills guest needs and resolves guest issues.
Builds relationships with guests, managers, and team members.
Help maintain inventory, sanitation, maintenance, and labor expectations.
Responsible for food safety, portion control, standards, line checks, health department regulations, cleanliness and sanitation of entire restaurant.
