9 South Chargrill is now seeking professional, experienced, and reliable cooks to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated scratch kitchen with a focus on quality and service. With 70+ menu items, we have been a go to destination in Lincoln for quality food and service you can't get anywhere else for the past 11 years - and now in Hickman for the past two years - and still going strong! Our menu covers all varieties from burgers and sandwiches, to pastas, steaks, seafood, duck, and more!
We are looking for motivated individuals, who have a passion for cooking, want to contribute to our success, and maybe learn something along the way - We say that if you can cook with us, you can cook anywhere! If you are positive, friendly, and a team player, with a knack for service, we want to talk to you.
What we are offering:
*Part-time 20-30 hours/week; With the potential of full time in the future, depending on availability, experience, and need of restaurant.
*Pay depending on experience, with the possibility of advancement in pay, and position, based on your performance, skill, and attitude.
*Daytime, night-time, and weekend hours. We offer flexible scheduling, and will work around your existing work or school schedules. Must be open to working weekends.
*Friendly work environment, with benefits of working for local owners and management.
All candidates MUST have a stable work history, understand the importance of teamwork, maintain ALL sanitation standards set by state/city/and company policy, and be willing to put in the work necessary. Must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, kneel, or walk for the duration of your shift. We are a drug and alcohol free workplace while on company time.
