Sebastians Table is Lincolns most unique fine dining establishment. Our chefs have created an exceptional array of tapas dishes influenced by classic Spanish cuisine and its surrounding Mediterranean neighbors. These dishes are meant to be shared and enjoyed by the table, offering our guests an experience of various and often new flavors.
Our servers play a vital role in ensuring every guest has a wonderful and memorable experience.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
- being on your feet for long periods of time
- continuously delivering multiple dishes/drinks to various tables
- knowing AND understanding the menu
- answering any questions a guest might have or acquiring the correct information
- treating your guests with the utmost respect and professionalism
- completing any and all assigned shift duties
PREREQUISITE FOR HIRING:
- must be a minimum of 19 years of age
- must obtain (at minimum) a Serve/Clean (SC) Food Handlers Permit before first shift
- must obtain Alcohol Server/Seller permits before first shift (RBST & LNK permits)
