OTHER BENEFITS:

Family Owned Facility: The Sunrise owners are onsite and involved in the day to day operations of the facility.

What does this mean?

-Your voice will be heard: Unlike a corporate environment, where the owners may not see the unique needs of each facility, employees at Sunrise have the opportunity to personally advocate for their own needs and desires as well as those of our residents.

-We embrace flexibility: When working with people requiring 24/7 care, a rigid schedule doesn't always suit what needs to be done or the outside demands in your own life. We try our best to create a good work/life balance where both your needs and the needs of our residents are taken into consideration.

-We want to be family: We share our family with you each day, and hope that you will share yours with us. We strive to build connections with all of our employees so they become a part of the Sunrise family for years to come.

Mission Focused: At Sunrise, we truly believe that all people deserve the opportunity for success. We have dedicated ourselves to providing an environment that does not discriminate based on diagnosis or financial background.

What does this mean?

-You can believe in what you do: While we do face some unique challenges, the end goal of seeing our residents thrive against all odds is truly rewarding.

-People are more than just a set of criteria: We have a great deal of experience in understanding and making challenging situations work. We look at the whole person, not just the numbers.

History: From the very beginning, Sunrise has been a home and supported the needs of those less fortunate. Our location served as a home for unwed mothers for many years before becoming a nursing facility. That history directly influences our choices and vision today.

What does this mean?

-We have stability in our choices: Through three generations, we have been served people for almost 70 years. While the landscape of long term care has changed, our commitment to helping others has remained the same.

-Our location is unique and carries memories for many generations: Not only do we have a beautiful piece of property in the country; Sunrise recognizes that the lives of hundreds of people have been tied to our facility and our location. We always try to be mindful of the impact of our decisions, recognizing the effect it will have on families and generations to come.
