Description
This job requires an experienced maintenance technician who has:
Experience in general maintenance areas
Is self-motivated
Takes pride in getting things done right the first time
Works at fast pace!
This person must have the ability to respond to emergencies during 'off-hours' and will have reliable transportation. The right candidate will be responsible for:
general maintenance of a multi-family community (apartments)
general repairs
touch-ups
plumbing
HVAC
electrical
