This is a position that travels. We leave on Monday from Omaha and return (to Omaha) on Friday.
First year climbers average $45,000-$55,000 per year.
$35 per day per diem (for food only) - we pay hotel, airfare, car rental.
MUST HAVE:
¦ 5 years clean driving history and valid drivers license
¦ Have experience working outside
¦ Physically able to climb 1,500 feet in a day
¦ Be able to read and interpret measurements
¦ Communicate clearly in English
¦ Have the ability to get yourself to the Omaha airport by 5:00 am every Monday - no exceptions

Tower Climbers are responsible to climb the cellular tower structures and measure them. Climbers work (after our internal training) in teams of two. One person climbs the tower while the other receives (via two-way radio) the information to enter into our database. The information is transferred electronically to our drafting department where we create the drawing of the structure.
Climbers leave Omaha on Monday mornings and do not return until Friday. They travel to the locations by airplane and cars reserved by HighTower Solutions. Motel accommodations are paid for by HighTower Solutions and a per diem of $35 per day is provided for food.
