$16 per hour starting pay with no experience necessary. Weekly pay every monday. Small energy saving insulation company needs someone 20-40 hours weekly (25 average) to work with my existing employee and occasionally myself. Workday is usually 9-2 Monday-Friday with more hours allowed on bigger projects. No overtime or weekends required but they may be an option if you want the work and we are busy. Paid holidays off and Christmas bonus based on work. We almost always work on older existing homes. All tools and company T-shirts provided. Ability to lift 25 pound bags of cellulose insulation and occasionally climb a ladder to get in attics or install soffit vents. No felonies or assault charges on your record because we may occassionally do government background checked work and if you dont pass their screen you will not be allowed to work (so don't waste your time or mine). No smoking, drinking, or vaping on site- never give a customer a reason to question your integrity. You will need reliable transportation to each jobsite in Lincoln which usually changes every 1-3 days. Contact Mike for an email application.
