Job Description
Perform routine work involving the routine function, repair, upkeep and general maintenance of First Presbyterian Church facilities, buildings, and equipment. Employee will work 25-30 hours/week, hour negotiable, Sunday-Thursday and will be expected to assist as needed for special church events (i.e. Ash Wednesday, Christmas Eve, Arts for the Soul Concerts, etc.)
Skills Needed
-Computer: Email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
-Basic plumbing and electrical
-Basic carpentry and painting
-Drywall and plaster repair
-Grounds maintenance
-Cleaning (serving as backup to custodial services)
Certification, Education and Experience
-High School Diploma or GED
-Three years of experience in maintenance work
-Current Nebraska driver's license, and must have own transportation
