Part-time Administrative/Leasing Assistant
R.D. Hinkley & Associates is a property management company looking for a part-time administrative/leasing assistant. This position is for 20-25 hours per week. Hours are negotiable. No weekends or holidays necessary.
Duties/skills:
-Answer all incoming telephone calls and welcoming walk-in customers
- Clerical duties (answering phones, taking messages, data entry, filing).
-Listen to resident requests and concerns. Direct to the proper person.
-Respond to questions from future or current residents and follow up in a timely manner.
-Respond to emails and voice messages in regards to available properties for rent
-Assist property manager and leasing agent in daily functions
-Show available units to potential tenants (on an as needed basis)
-Accepts applications, rents, and deposits.
-Ability to multi-task
-Attention to detail
-Receive and record rent checks/ payments and all maintenance service requests.
-Clerical duties
-Use effective communication skills including in person communication, phone, email, and professional written communication.
-Other duties may be assigned as needed.
-Good driving record required.
-Previous administrative or leasing experience preferred but not required
