Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance Man:
Will be under the direction of the Manager for the over all maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the daytoday maintenance operations of the community.
Essential duties include:
Some light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting.
Repairing and treating structure such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
Make units ready for new moveins by getting ready for paint and new carpet or vinyl.
Complete grounds work such as: grounds pickup, sweeping and light landscaping.
Coordinate special projects as directed.
Job Requirements:
Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
Must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above.
Must have drivers license and own vehicle and be willing to travel to other properties.
Must be able to be on call some week-ends.
