We are looking for an excellent full-time Service Advisor - Sales Position at Big Red Tire Pros.
Responsibilities:
â¢Bring high energy and a positive attitude to take care of our customers
â¢Understand customer needs and provide solutions for tire and automotive services
â¢Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold
â¢Greet and take care of customers
â¢Work closely with all team members to ensure smooth and timely service
â¢Communicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their service
Primary Duties:
â¢Meet and greet customers via phone, in person and online
â¢Advise and sell tires and automotive services to customers
â¢Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned
â¢Ensure all customer information is accurately entered into the computer
â¢Provide followup calls to customers regarding their satisfaction with services
â¢Keep up to date on new products and services
Requirements:
â¢Amazing customer service skills
â¢Attention to detail
â¢High School Diploma, Associate's degree (AA) preferred
â¢Prior sales experience preferred
â¢Computer and customer service skills
â¢Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move automotive tires
â¢Ability to display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisions
â¢Must be highly organized and results driven
Hours are full-time, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Mon-Friday, plus every other Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
