Based on the client's guidance, we should be seeking candidates with less of a solution background and more of a background on the business side related to defining/creating, managing and releasing products. While having an Agile background is necessary, the client wants folks who primarily serve on the business side of the table in their role as Product Manager. This means that they ideally have an MBA education and operate from more of a revenue/market/P&L focus.
