We are an established, full-service printing and marketing service provider looking for a part-time production/customer service rep who has the ability to prepare and complete print jobs quickly and accurately. We are currently a small shop, but we're headed up and need experienced help to meet the needs of our growing client base.
This is a key position responsible for customer service, pre-press and production as well as:
- Price quotes
- Bindery
- Answering phones
- Handling walk in customers
- Scheduling work
- Keeping the office organized
- Filing
- Customer delivery/vendor pickup
Experience required:
- Previous employment in a print shop or similar setting
- Basic printing bindery tasks including cutting, drilling, folding, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
Must have the ability to run and understand printers and other machinery and be able to lift and move 50 pounds.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is a big advantage.
