Provides input into formulating business solutions through research and analysis & validation of data, facts, and information.

Provides support for teams in order to meet defined business objectives and strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Assists with the identification, development, and evaluation of alternatives to meet business needs.

Cooperates in meeting vendor requests in order to maintain strong vendor relationships.

Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication and training plans and materials for internal and external business associates and customers.

Communicates management needs regarding business requirements and needed management reports.

Collaborates with others to complete the documentation of projects and implementation procedures.

Develops and maintains current knowledge of assigned business areas, Mutual of Omaha practices, the insurance industry, and the business environment.

ABOUT YOU :

Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.

Strong verbal and written communication, human relations, and presentation skills.

Attention to detail, problem solving and decision making abilities.

Creativity, diplomacy, sound judgment, and initiative.

Ability to meet stringent deadlines, to work independently and as part of a team, and to provide excellent customer service.

Experience with PC based office tools, such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. Understanding of data analysis / metrics techniques.

Understanding of process improvement techniques.

Competent in prioritization, organization and decision making skills .
