Data Business Analyst – local/regional candidates preferred Omaha, NE The ideal candidate is a strong data focused business analyst who has previous experience working with BSA / AML applications or with financial institutions. You have a background with SQL and are not afraid of digging into large data sets and working with business partners to test ETL processes. You have previous experience working within an Agile environment and you are self-motivated to get the job done. You enjoy working with limited guidance and direction and can dig into complex, undefined, business processes, technologies, and requirements. You enjoy bringing order to the chaos, are a strong articulate communicator, and excellent tester. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Agile Methodology project life cycle experience
Experience working with SQL, SQL Server and SSIS packages
Business Analysis
Draft, write and refine user stories
Analyze and document business processes
Create and execute test plans
Working experience with testing methodologies as part of product development and quality assurance
Prior experience working with agile project methodologies
Experience in developing or supporting business applications
Ability to relate user stories to technology implementation
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet objectives successfully
