Responsibilities:
Report data on sales volume, seasonal profits, and sales revenue
Ensure product visibility by maintaining client project standards regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf
Effectively manage executing on projects and standards at stores within your territory
Maintain customer and client relationships.
Holiday/special promo events, and plan-o-gram adjustments when necessary
Accurate and timely completion of reporting and paperwork
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; Associates Degree preferred
Previous retail sales experience preferred
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and daily Internet access
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency

Engage, qualify, and close customers on sales of clients products
Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments
Communicate professionally and effectively with the Company management team, retail sales associates, retail management team, client and customers
Ensure products are on display, functioning properly, and presentable to customers
Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing of POS materials
Meet client and Company objectives by maintaining full distribution on existing SKU’s.
Increase promotional effectiveness by assisting in building displays and placement of appropriate point of sale material.
Maintain schematic standards by ensuring all authorized items are in distribution and set to shelf standards.
Maintain schematic integrity through consistent communication with District Manager and other retail personnel on current retail/store conditions.
Administration/Reporting/Training
Complete accurate and timely HR paperwork and reports online; call reports, expense reports (if applicable), training certification quizzes, etc.
Participate in mandatory conference callsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports

Minimum QualificationsThe following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in sales experience of a technical product or service in a retail, call center, or indirect environment
Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
