The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, and time management capabilities; works effectively with technical staff; continually seeks to improve processes; is detail-oriented; and thrives in a non-structured environment. In this role, you will support a variety of project teams across the firm with data management, analytical tasks, and mapping for projects.Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Coordinate GIS efforts/tasks with the GIS manager
Perform data mining and maintain GIS data
Create and manage geodatabase modeling
Apply and maintain GIS standards to projects
Provide data analysis for projects and reports
Create a variety of GIS visuals including maps, graphics, charts, and other presentation materials
Candidates are required to have:
Strong GIS capabilities using Esri ArcGIS (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online)
GIS programming/application development experience (Python, HTML)
Self-motivated and able to learn new skills
Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work with others and be an active member of a team
Preferred Additional Qualifications
Associates college degree preferred, in a field commensurate with the position (e.g., GIS or Geography)
