Dante is looking for an assistant manager to join our team. Dante is Omaha's first restaurant dedicated to farm-to-table Italian cuisine and authentic, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.
What do we need from you?
Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
At least 5 years' experience in a full-service environment. Bartending experience is a plus
Basic wine knowledge is essential. Experience with Italian wine is great. A desire to learn more about wine or pursue sommelier certification is an asset
Excellent communication and organization skills are vital
