Chef Nick Strawhecker and his team are searching for talented people to join the opening team of Forno, a new wood-fired Italian concept. Opening in late April, Forno will offer seasonal, shareable food, Italian wine and cocktails in a casual, full-service environment.
Lunch, brunch and dinner shifts will be available, with weekend brunch starting in June. We are hiring for BOH and FOH positions:
Cooks - Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a must, as is a good attitude and desire to learn. A stage shift may be required.
Dishwasher/Prep roles - Some kitchen experience preferred.
