We are looking to hire a couple of hard workers for our kitchen staff. These positions are for our PM shifts and vary between P/T and F/T. We need to hire ASAP so come out and fill out an application and ask to interview with the Chef. All applications MUST be filled out completely for me to talk to you.
Positions available for immediate hire are:
- Entry Level Sous
* Must have experience working in a scratch kitchen for 1+ years
* Must have strong ability cooking different cuts of steak and seafood among other proteins with very minimal re-fires. Must know different temps by touch alone, including chicken, seafood, and pork.
* Must have strong ability on saute station building pastas from scratch
* Must know what and how to make "Mother Sauces"
* Strong communication skills (and speak fluent English)
* Must be willing to work OT, some holidays, and come in on days off if needed
* Butchering skills of Beef (Ribeyes, NY's, Flanks, Rounds, PSMO Tenderloins) and Seafood (Salmon, Mahi, Scallops) is a Definite Plus!
* Willingness to learn and work hard and to work with me on menu planning, ideas to better the restaurant and cutting costs. I have no problem listening to suggestions, but just remember that it is my kitchen and what I say goes. Do Not Argue with me.

Pay is $14 - $15 depending on knowledge and experience. Typical work week is 35-40 hrs.
