Duties Include:
Put together sales proposals from Sales Rep
Process customer payments
Coordinate paperwork for: on-boarding process of new customers, termination of customers, additional services
Purchase supplies for customers
Limited Marketing projects
Special Projects
Answering Phones
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience with QuickBooks (beneficial)
Experience with Microsoft Office
Analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication skills
