The Leasing & Marketing Agent position offers the best of both worlds – a competitive, guaranteed salary as well as the opportunity to earn significant bonuses! You'll be working with prospective residents from their very first phone, email or walk-in inquiry. You'll give tours of our incredible community and assist prospective residents through the application process. You'll not only get to meet people with interesting backgrounds, but you'll get a fantastic bonus each time one of your prospects moves-in.
Marketing for Meridian Club is another great aspect of the job. Rather than being trapped in an office all day, you get to be out in the community communicating to area business owners, college/university staff and students, and retail managers all about why they should consider making Meridian Club their new home.
Personality and the ability to "close the sale" are key to success in this position! Sales experience preferred. Leverage your retails sales experience, hospitality experience and/or education in marketing or communications to start an exciting, rewarding and lucrative CAREER in property management.

Requirements
Personality for the Leasing & Marketing Agent is key! The ideal candidate will be a high energy, outgoing, customer service-oriented and have the ability to sell. A professional appearance and demeanor is essential. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is preferred. This position is ideal for candidates with retail sales, hospitality or admissions experience. We are willing to train those with transferable skills. Flexible schedule. Available to work 24-30 hours per week including approx. 2 Saturdays per month.
Compensation:
Generous hourly salary + bonus pay based on experience
