Stockpkg.com is a rapidly growing custom and stock packaging house (that is also expanding into the janitorial space and other business supplies as well) and is looking for an Account Manager/Customer Service professional to service our current customer base.
Desired Skill Set:
- Understanding of account management and customer service
- Ability to follow a system
- Microsoft Office including (not limited to) Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with CRM program(s)
- Exceptional time management skills / Organized
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Quick witted/Fast on their feet/common sense
- Company centric / Give and Take constructive criticism
- Reliable and committed
Preferred/Desired background(s):
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a start-up environment
- Customer Service and Account Management / Upselling
- Telemarketing / Appointment setting
- Stable employment history
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Search for and process reorders
- 70-100 calls a day to current customers - minimum
- Tracking/Order Processing/Account management
- 40+ hours a week/Monday-Friday
- Report to Omaha location
Compensation:
- Paid training
- $33,000 a year to start
- Monthly bonus program up to $500
- Sick time and vacation pay offered
