Everyday Massage is now hiring for Self-Care Consultants. We are looking for outgoing, self starters that have previous work experience with customer service and sales.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Providing overall experience of excellent customer service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival, selling retail products and memberships.
-Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records, surveys, etc.
-Assist in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and team break room.
-Various duties as assigned by Managers.
Experience:
Previous customer service is required
-Sales experience preferred.
-Comfortable learning new computer programs; prior computer experience required.
-Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits and spa policies/procedures.
-Able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
-Must be outgoing and friendly
- Must exhibit energy and enthusiasm
-Must work well independently and with a team

Pay/Hours:
Part-time hours: 15-30 hours per week
Full-time hours: 32-40 hours per week
Pay: $10 hourly + commissions based on sales volume of retail and memberships (some of our staff make up to $15/hour)
