Our Opportunity

You will be responsible for all sales and service for an established sales territory; growing& cultivatingyour assigned territory for year over year sales growth; and supporting & promoting Midwest products and services in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

You will analyze your territory and determine frequency of calls on each assigned account; plansales trips and schedule time effectively; and makerecommendations to your Sales Manager on how products and/or servicescan be improved.

You will be expected to meet or exceed sales and gross margin profit goals which are cooperatively established in conjunction with your Sales Manager; achieve target number of quality customer meetings &calls per month; and keep customer profiles current ensuring all information is up-to-date.

You will be accountable to accurately complete and return all necessary paperwork in a timely manner; provide timely follow up on all sales leads; and participate in seminars, tradeshows, open houses etc. to market Midwest products to new and existing customers.

Our Desired Qualifications

5+ years' recent sales experience with proof of success and 5+ years' ofexperience in the sign, screen printing, &/or digitalprint mediaindustries or combination of education/experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Knowledge of successful sales techniques.

Must be highly motivated and competitive.

Must be organized and detail-oriented and excellent at follow-up.

Skilled at written and verbal communication including effective presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Ability to prioritize and plan.

Ability to be persuasive in positive or negative situations.

Ability to develop innovative approaches and ideas.

Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office products such asWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.

CRM knowledge is a plus.

Must have a valid driver's license andthe ability to provide an insurable driving record.

Must be able to travel 30-50% of the time.
