Our business is sales-driven by generating new business through targeted sales and marketing initiatives by visiting local business to conduct solution base presentation that deliver result.
Responsibilities:
Out Side Sales Rep is responsible for the sale of the organization's service in a specified territory or major geographical area. Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop effective sales presentations and close sales by using marketing materials and selling techniques.
Analyze data and manage territory.
Make presentations on the organization's services to potential commercial cleaning facilities.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in industry.
Meet established call average expectations and sales performance expectations.
Read, understand, and utilize the Jani-King concept so that you can sell our program in all our industries, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, restaurants, School and Universities, Sport Venues, Bank and any other commercial facility, knowledge and competitive product knowledge for effective presentations (sales calls).
Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner and provide reports to Manager regarding daily call activity and feedback.
Attend various sales training classes and sales meetings.
Generating new business through targeted sales and marketing initiatives
Build book of business, Corporate contacts & leads, through cold calling, meetings, presentations
Develop and maintain client relations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Outbound sales calls on targeted leads.
Prepare Proposals, Confirm details
Prepares weekly and monthly reports and forecasts
Position Requirements
Minimum of one year outside sales experience
Proven track record in sales generation
Strong understanding of client and market dynamics
Effective communication, problem solving, planning, organizational and creative skills; desire to contribute with innovative ideas
Ability to maintain excellent relations with staff and colleagues
Financial and general business acumen
Self-Starter, able to work well with limited supervision
Existing client base a plus
Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
