We are looking for an Advertising Sales Executive to sell Print & Digital Advertising to local businesses in this Omaha, Nebraska territory. This is an excellent position for someone that loves travel! This individual will cover a book of business in Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon and California.
Travel to churches weekly working in designated location designed to strengthen relationship and generate additional sales for publication and digital offerings
Contact local businesses to advertise on digital & printed bulletins distributed weekly
Collect materials from advertisers to place ads
Process and track orders in a CRM
Manage your schedule and book of business that is provided
Adaptability to be in a different location each week Monday-Thursday
A hunter mentality this role is 100% new business development
Job Requirements
Work remotely - travel 45%+ annually
Ability to make 50+ business calls daily for new business development
Experience prospecting your own leads
Resilience and ability to close sales in a short cycle environment
Exceptional time management skills
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
2 years of proven B2B sales experience or recent grads with B2B sales experience (preferred but not required)
Sales minded, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives on closing business
Self-motivated, ability to work independently as you will be working remotely
Persistence and proven success making high volume new business development calls
Versatility minded (you will be working a different location/city each week)
Passion to help businesses grow by offering quality advertising solutions
Proven organizational skills
