Job Description
One of the largest walk-in tub manufacturers is seeking a sales professional to meet with clients in their homes to discuss their walk-in tub needs. The ideal candidate will have prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. Industry/In Home Selling experience is highly preferred! If you enjoy working with people providing them with a product which you can stand behind, then this may be the opportunity for you. Work hours will include some evenings and weekend work.
Job Title: In Home Sales / Specialist
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and American Tub may regulate their work hours accordingly. Evenings and Weekends availability required.
Pay Scale: Commission based. Total target minimum compensation $100,000+
Primary Job Function: A Specialist’s primary duty is to sell the company's products in a localized region. You will be educating new clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years consultative sales experience
Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
Some Computer Skills
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
Valid driver's license
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Desire to earn $150K+
