Due to expansion we are looking for a manager. We will train you for up to 1 year to introduce you to our processes. You will be in charge of 6 to 10 residential service technicians and replacement installers. You will use your knowledge to make your team better and solve problems.
Requirements: A great attitude, a desire to succeed, strong leadership, multitasking capable and all hand tools needed to get work done. Work with a sense of urgency. 2+ years of experience in residential service and/or installations.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the company performance in regard to service and installations. Build your team up and coach your team. Run the daily field operation of the business. Help manage the office.
Reports to: Owner
Daily Duties:
1) Review Tech and company performance daily.
2) Review calls from day before for accuracy in execution.
3) Communicate with each technician.
4) Continually improve processes.
5) Communicate with dispatch for installs and paperwork.
6) Assist installation department as needed.
7) Assist service department as needed.
8) Keep office updated on jobs.
9) Follow up calls to customers.
10) Assist office as needed.
11) Manage on call schedule.
12) Other duties as assigned.
Starting pay is $60,000+ in first year. Potential for $100k+ after year 2.
