About the Position:
Elevate is seeking a hardworking full-time hourly Maintenance Technician who can grow with us as our professional apartment management company continues to expand. This position is full-time, therefore eligible for our outstanding benefits package, competitive wages, and excellent growth opportunity. Responsibilities and Duties:
Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
Be available to respond to emergency phone calls during weekday evenings and weekends.
General Handyman duties for building and apartment maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
EPA Certification preferred
Valid Driver's License required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
Furnish own hand tools
Prefer experience in various areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs
HVAC experience & Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred
