ndustrial MSHA Electrician needed in Elko, NV.
Trillium Construction is currently seeking an Industrial MSHA Electrician in the Elko area.
Performs a variety of skilled electrical duties including new equipment installation, repair, and modification of existing plant equipment and/or components.
Perform repairs and modifications as directed by supervisor. Will specify, install, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate electrical equipment, instrumentation and controls. Must have experience with industrial electrical applications.
Job responsibilities:
-Must be responsible and dependable with a positive and upbeat personality and the ability to work at a fast pace.
-Must be a team player who is always reliable, on time, with a solid work ethic and a commitment to consistent work attendance.
-Installation of new Rigid conduit systems, up to 4
-Optimizing production processes and eliminating downtime
-Ensuring equipment is in good operating order and properly maintained
-Working on line, conveyors, schematics, and electrical mechanical equipment.
This is a 5 week project, working six, 10-hour days. The pay is $34 per hour, with $125 in per diem available to those that qualify.

Qualifications
- Must be at a journeyman level
- Must have at least 7 years of verifiable experience
- Current MSHA 48 certification
- Be able to pass a spirometer test
- Must have a harness, lanyard, respirator and all hand tools as well as PPE
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
- Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in heavy construction work.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
-Experience pulling wire, and the installation of 480V and 4,160V motor control centers
-Experience working at coal mines, water treatment plants, and chemical plants.
-Experience working on surface mines preferred
