We are an extremely high-volume cannabis dispensary that is currently seeking passionate and driven individuals with proven retail sales experience to join our wonderful team of budtenders.
Previous cannabis experience is highly preferred. Our bud tenders are expected to be thoroughly versed in all of our products, and will be expected to keep up-to-date with their knowledge as new products hit the shelves. Above all, we pride ourselves in customer service and making sure all customers leave with a smile. This is a professional workspace/environment, with plenty of room for growth for those looking to stay in this industry long term.
We are looking for passionate, goal-oriented individuals with a strong customer service background who are looking to apply their traditional retail sales expertise to today's fastest growing industry.
We are open 7 days a week from 7am-2am, SO NIGHTTIME AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED (4:00PM-2:30AM)
We also offer our full-time employees four 10-hour shifts per week instead of five 8-hour shifts per week.
Requirements:
-21+ applicants only
-Must have proven retail sales experience
-Friendly and outgoing personality; you will be interacting with hundreds of people everyday!!
-Must be detail oriented and able to follow specific protocol
-Must be consistent and punctual
-Desire to learn and grow professionally
