Leasing Agent needed for Ciel Apartments

Must.

Have previous leasing experience

Have a great smile and great customer service experience and skills

Handle incoming calls and tenant questions

Take and close out work orders

Respond to emails & voicemail

Be computer savvy

Advertise and responsible to lease out vacant apartments

Collect Rents & issue receipts

Process Applications

Filing as needed

EXPERIENCE WITH APPFOLIO A PLUS

BILINGUAL A PLUS

Pay starts at $17.00 / hr.

8:00 am - 4:45 pm
