Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Associate must be an excellent communicator, tech savvy, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for all customers. The right candidate for this position will be a natural problem solver with at least one year of customer service experience. There is opportunity for growth within the company based off performance.
Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:
Assist customers directly through email, live chat, and over the phone
Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls and emails while meeting targets
Identify customer needs and provide solutions
Document information of call for tracking inbound and outbound communication
Deliver outstanding experience for each customer
Qualifications of the Customer Experience Associate:
Must have customer service experience
Strong communication skills- written and verbal
Experience using Zendesk
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Hardworking, resourceful team player
Excellent problem-solving skills
Passionate about helping customers and providing a positive customer experience!
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
